I am trying to implement a balloon help window, and it was working great with all of the gadgets I was using so far with the exception of toolbars. It will return the Handle of the toolbar itself, however it appears that all of the toolbar buttons have the same Handle when inquired of through the gadgetUnderMouse() function. Is there a way to reference the toolbar's index handle?

Is this a flaw? Is this feature simply lacking? Is there an alternative (please don't tell me to pre-define the coordinates and check for the mouse position then associate with my MyHandle(HandleIndex).Help$)?

Any assistance would be helpful.

Hello,

You can use getToolbarItem(toolbarHandle) to find out the index of the toolbar item underneath the mouse.
