I put together a little Maze Level/Puzzle for everyone to check out. There is a competition associated with this for our Members only, but non-members may download and play this level as well. For more info on this, and for the download link; go here. I'll ask everyone not to discuss the actual Level (as far as how to get to the different areas) at this time, here. But let me know how it runs on your machine, and what you think of it.

Yep, you don't have to be a member to download the level and play it. You have to be a member to continue on with the Riddle aspect of the contest though. Thanks for checking it out.

Sorry to hear that; I turned off shaders and turned down the light settings. Well, you've got till the 20th before everyone who complete's it gets a crack at the Riddle; then everyone's got till the end of the month to solve it.

Nice level!

But all of the doors that needed keys pissed me off.

I didn't finish it, I couldn't find any keys and the spikes killed me.

Take my survey please!

Ah, you "fed the spikes".

I tried it last night. Didnt spend too much time on it (but I will...surely!)

The level is very well made. Great thinking used in designing the map! (lol...once I kept running in the corridors and got spiked...every single turn after that I walked slowly ) I found one key so far...and ofcourse fed the spikes in all my 3 tries.

But I can already tell, it must be a very good level.

Will talk more when I finish it.

I knew I'd get somebody with that one. When you guys find the keys, if you could keep any locations, or any other pertinent information to yourselves (until the competition is over) I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for playing, and good luck in finishing it.

Alright, our first OG Member has finished the maze and answered correctly. Have any non-members been able to finish it yet?

WOOHOO!!!
I finished it!

I was playing and had the last key and was about to go into the last room when, laglaglag and boom, i fell through the floor and got stuck so I had to end the game, I was so pissed off, but then I reloaded the game and I was in the final room, weird i know.

Even though I went through a bug I finished the level!!
YAY!

I think the guy repairing my new pc that I made has stole it, he better not charge me more for keeping it there longer.

As long as you've got a reciept, you're safe. He should have a detailed list of what was done, along with what he charged for each operation, individually.

I have a reciept from when I gave it in, but the guy phoned up saying my brand new motherboard, which I spent £45 on, was broke. So either it was fualty, or they want more cash.

Either way, if they dont fix it, I cant play the maze the way I would like.

Make sure they don't throw it away. Tell them you want it back; then check it for any damage that may not have been present when you gave it to them. They should have done a components check while you were there. It's like the mechanic slicing your coolant hose, than charging you for a new one.

Which reminds me, I started making my own maze, before Keith had posted this. I was going to make a few of them and make release a maze game, but I didnt haveany exciting wall textures.

Model Pack 3 Iam guessing, took me about 10 seconds before I relised he meant Model Pack and not just MP3, the music format.

Did you ever click it (and find the door that it belongs to)? If it wasn't a remote switch, I'd have to run an awful lot of wire to get to the door it opens....

yea, i beat the level.

where the game started to glitch up was where that switch opened the door, that was evil, it made me think that I had to start over.

Well, that means that at least one person has the clue, for the Riddle that goes out tomorrow.
