Yeah this is far from dead. We're just opting to hold back till the demo is ready. Guys should have known with the release of Vishnu, a demo isn't far outta the water. I personaly think you guys have seen enough till then though. I think things loose there wow factor when seen to much of.

This being the showcase I guess it's expected that older threads would be bumped, even ancient ones like this, which is older than my granny
Still if Locrian spent less time hanging around these forums and more time working on this game we would have had a demo out by now.
Hop to it man, stop teasing us.
yours truly, old grey guy.

Just kidding dude,I know you and s4 have put a ton of work into this, take your time and dont rush it.

@darimc,
Not real far off man. I'm having to tighten up the eye candy portions and a couple of things.

Note to everyone:
Sadly s4's job is taking a lot of his time. He works in music production, and they are working hard this year and trying to finish some music for this Miami music deal(I know that's what I said? In England?). Anyways I'm back to working on this by myself, it's taking me more time. To wet the whistles I'll leave you with cut scene number 2 so the story stays in your minds.

I like these cartoons though i would have had to have laughed if your mum walked in on you while rendering some of these.

Keep up the good work!

Yup!lookin' real good Loc',I think you and s4 are doing a great job on this. The thing about doing graphic illustrations is the thought you have to put into the layout, nothing worse than having your pretty pictures ruined with word bubbles,I always leave plenty of room for these myself.
Good job.

Man...you sure like black bars in your speech bubbles...

Still awesome, and is that the hammer that you were talking about (in the models and media board)?

The black bars are to conform a 'mature' rated game to a 'PG friendly' board. And yes that's the hammer you use to break the hl2/Fear style boards you may have seen last months newsletter. Both of which have been noted in the M&M boards at some time. You break the board to get to the other side of the fence. One quest leads to another......Just like a real game

Are you trying to say that those are bad words that you blacked out?

Good good stuff.

Fred, saying " All your gonna end up doing is "wee-weeing" him off" didn't have the same impact, and kinda out of character for Kat.

(Kinda late but)
AE if my "mum" would have walked in wile I was redering, I wouldn't have laughed....I'd of been freaked out wondering why she was in my house without calling.

Maybe she had a tip off that you were rendering soft pron.

(yes, it was a deliberate mispelling)

I love the cutscenes but I'm just wondering how did they got made? I think I might have an idea why they look cartoonish because I can solarize any pic on my cpu and make it look like that but how did you get the pictures? Did they get drawn by Lo or s4 or what? Just wanna know because I might use the technique for my cutscenes.

There Poser renders. If you can do those in one step I'd love to see your work. I run a script in PSCS to do those that are about 100 steps. If I can find a faster way I'd love it.

I've been playing around with Daz Studio a little. You can do some impressive stuff with it.
I need to get more media for it before I can really use it.
It's amazing what you can do with it and Bryce.
I will have to check out Poser one of these days too.
Pretty cool...you can turn Victoria into any chick you ever wanted.

Now now, a veteran like you should well know that humpty-bumping a thread like that is a no-no.

But yeah, any news would be cool to hear of.

Isn't it a pity, now isn't it a shame?
