Why not rescale a decal to about 1000 times it's size and use a decal image thats like 4096pix to create the sea, that way it won't be so tiny.
Then you need to texture that landing craft. At the moment there is an error in your texture, and it's just showing default grey.
Then you need to look at your level design.
I realise you have made this for the feel of multiplayer, but it just isn't like war. You need to add some terrain to the map, giving the German player the advantage of height. Offer the German team a variety of locations from which to pin the allies down. Perhaps 2 bunkers with large machine guns, and a few good raised sniping posts at the top of cliffs.
For the allies, you need to add a few potholes and trenches, as well as greater cover. Remember, the allies were pinned down on Omaha beach, but they weren't out in the open as much as your levels. Make it so that the only real cover for the allies is to get to the cliff Right under the germans bunkers.
Run the match on a time delay, therefore giving the germans the advantage.
