I am creating Shoot'em'up game and there is a difference between original graphic and sprite graphic in game. Why?

I am going to assume you are using DBPro, in which case when you load the images are you disabling mip mapping? When you perform 'load image' add in an extra 1 parameter:

load image "filename", 1, 1

"Bite my shiny metal ass" (Futurama)
"Don't ping my cheese with your bandwidth" (Dilbert)

Since you are not saying what the difference is (blurring, stretching, wrong etc...) we can only guess.
You can get a difference in the graphic if you created it in a paint program at a different resolution, than what you are displaying in DBP. This applies to jpg especially.
