I bought my original DB from Amazon.co.uk so I have to send my manual cover in to qualify for the upgrade.

Do I send a cheque for dollars or good old sterling?

Sterling is fine Sam - on the order page you can select the currency, although it defaults to dollars change it to sterling to find out how much to send

Makes sense to order online and send the cover with a note saying "my online order number was ..."
