Hi!
Im looking for some tutorails on how to make 2d pictures of like
fireball,Frost Circle and so on to the actiontab im making for a game. So if you got any tips please tell me ; )

Btw i searched but did find any thing, so dont flame me

I won't flame you but I did type in "fireball tutorial" in yahoo and showed many results.

A frost circle was a little harder to find (I didn't really find it) but I found this Electricity tutorial that can be modified to be frost if you take out the bolts:
