It doesnt use waypoints for now, but I suppose it's a matter of time, and btw it's all can be controlled inside script

Ah,i have bein waiting till someone would figured out that helicopters could be used

Nice one when it crashes,it looks very professional,and yes,waypoints can be placed at different heights to let it go up and down.

ill DEFINATLY buy, but I want an appache helicopter to.

Also-IMPORTANT.

Will we be able to use the scripts for our own .x objects? like a sci-fi plane? or another helicopter model?

what scripts are there?

take off?
landing?

how does it shoot? just riddle you? or is it possible to apply different ones? like rockets, etc.

What are the animation frames? I would like to know this because what If i want to make my own helicopter.

Sorry, I looked at the screenshots, and I realized you have a machine gun on one side, I suppose you can pick it, just like every old gun for a character. Sexy man, sexy. So pretty much, if I wanted to make my own, I would just have to make my model, somehow assign the weapon spot on the model when selected, and apply your scripts. Sweet. I have sooo many ideas.

Also:If and when I buy this, can we make our own packs and give them away or sell them (without the scripts included.) just the model?

Making your own chopper isn't a problem. I've included texture coords (you can change logo on it's side to yours one in 1 minute or less using smth like ACDSee), total script description and even little user manual containing modeling instructions with it


Scripts can be used with any models, they include takeoff handling when player reaches distance limit, and follow-player action (video describes it better than words). Heli cant't land but I can think about such feature (f.e. it can land after 3 minutes of flight, one question only - how to define WHERE it will land?).
For using rocket launchers some changes in model are needed - I mean redefining weapon spot - takes 10 minutes to do, but I'm a bit tired today But you can use any existing weapon, even laser, with it - just play around with decals .


Machine gun can't be picked due to helicopter doesn't crashes to zero health (animation script restriction), but I'm thinking about this 24h a day

Redistribute this model for free, sure. I can make hundreds of such and become a 3D millionaire

Apache model is on the way also with russian K-52 or Mi-24 (havent't decided yet).

Million uses doesn't mean million dollars, anyway
