This is an FPSC ready model of a helicopter.
It flies back and forth and the rotor moves.
The download contains the entitybank files in the "helicopter" folder and the animate.fpi script along with the license.

Here is how to use it.

1. Read the license agreement.I did not include it because I was bored.
2. Place the "helicopter" folder in your entitybank folder.
3. Place the animate.fpi script in your scriptbank folder.

I know these are very simple instructions but if you fail to place the helicopter folder in your entitybank or you fail to put the script in the scriptbank the helicopter will not work.

Here is a pic of the helicopter.

Thanks,guys.
You are free to alter the model in any way you wish.
It basically just flies around in the sky but I am getting ready to post another one that will chase and attack you.

I re-animated it a little and gave it a death crash.
I included your own license in the download.
Follow the instructions or it wont work.

filya,
My guess would be the latter.
rolfy,
Thanks.I was having some issues with the animation.I think it might be the way I specified the frames in the .fpe files.
I appreciate this.

Nice Fred were you able to do this because of butter fingers' helicopter or did you start from scratch? Anyway nice model and what is with your licences?

I started from scratch.Rolfy added some nice touches to it though.
I think if you check out Butters' helicopter you can tell the difference.
I kind of got the idea because I was thinking if you had an outside level you could have the moon floating around in the sky or maybe some stars and it turned into this.

The license is for commercial or noncommercial use only.
If you make a game and sell the game that is fine. You can't sell it as a model or as part of a model pack since I made it and gave it away for free and rolfy contributed for free to this as well.
This is all covered in the license agreement that is included with the download.

It's kinda like a toy looking thing. It's good, but how come all your textures are always so flat? They don't ever look to realisitic or exciting, no offense.

Making models right now. Leave me alone.

eum dat doesn't look like a heli

i mean common its a ellipsoid and a few cubes mixed together

if you make a heli make shure its a nice one and not a toy heli

It's a little bit more than an ellipsoid and a few cubes mixed together...and it's supposed to be a toy.
You are welcome to your opinion and I appreciate you sharing it with me.

Very nice, textures a bit cartoony! But that's perfect for a friend of mine, he's new to FPS Creator, he doesn't have an account on the forum though (WHY?) Anyways thanks I'll send this to my friend soon!

Thanks...that's just my tesxturing style...it does look a bit cartoony.
Think of it...you're walking around and you see this toy helicopter.
Fun little toy until it chases you down and tries to kill you.
And if you use the addons that were provided by rolfy it will fire projectiles at you.
