I think it needs a bit more lightmapping. And, as Inverted said, add fog and it will look pretty sweet.

You can either add fog to the setuplevel.fpi file or you can use one of the fog scripts available in the Scripts forum.
You will find several fog scripts there.
If you decide to add fog (which you don't necessarily need to do...I think the outdoor shots look fine without it but it is up to you) I would lower the ambience level.

I'll add some segments under the houses and lower ambience levels and thanks for your comments.

Lvl 1 fully edited and segments under houses not to shaw about the ambiences checked in the Adobe Rd. and the manual.

So i'll learn and read about it and place the little requirements when the game is fully finished. Sorry, i've forgot to add W.I.P.

just a suggestion-make some bigger older city buildings from the WWII era, to loom over and behind the houses.

The city skybox is pretty much your answer, Aaron.

Not for WWII, it's not. There was no such thing as a gleaming glass and steal skyscraper. Empire State Building is about as best as it gets.

doesnt look like you have done your research at all really, about town layours, decor or anything from that period really, entities are repetitive, and under the houses are gaps in the graphics because you hav'nt placed segments under them

Looks great but for the street scenes try adding some white or yellow light under the lamps. Use the [ ] keys to make the light smaller cause it would look dumb if you didnt have it tiny.

(Sorry if im being a little bossy, I was born to lead)
