How do you turn mipmapping off?
The Set MipMap Mode doesn't exist, and playing with Set Object Properties doesn't work either!

Also- Has the Texture Backdrop command been ditched or what? It shows up and compiles as a real command, but doesn't do anything!

1) No idea.
2) Probably a bug. Wait for the next patch.

off? howbout on? THEORETICALLY, you can switch it using each object individually by using SET OBJECT TEXTURE (give or take OBJECT). The parameters are how the texture is UVed and the second is aflag for mipmapping. It doesn't seem to work though. Probably a bug.

They did ditch texture backdrop. It's now obsolete. Use a sky box or sphere. Check this out:

No... I NEED the background command. For somethings, skyboxes just won't work.
