| Description |
| These functions will generate an RGB colour from a set of HSL colour levels. Alpha, Saturation and Value should all be in the range 0.0 to 1.0. Hue should be in the range 0.0 to 360.0. For the Packed HSL Value, see the PACK HSL function. |
