| Bitset = BIT ROT64 RIGHT ( Source Bitset, Shift Size) |
| Description |
| This function will rotate the source bitset to the right by the number of shifts bits specified. Any bits that drop off the right hand side will be shifted back on at the left hand side. You should always use this function on a bitset stored within a double integer - for the other types it will operate just like a left shift |
