Hi Guys and Gals,

It is rare indeed that The Game Creators get nominated for an industry award (as we pretty much get our heads down and code most years), but it seems we could win the "Most Engaging & Popular Serious Game 2009" award, presented by Lord Puttnam himself!

If you want to see Rick and I up on the big stage hob-nobbing with a Lord, please vote using the link here:

http://www.applyseriousgames.com/pages/entriesSG2009.htm

If we win, I will post a video of myself doing a silly dance by way of celebration

I drink tea, and in my spare time I write software.

Voted. 154 votes. This is my second time voting! I would've expected it to log my IP.

Edit: Ahhh, it just counts it once, but takes you through to the next screen anyway.

If we win, it could be a funky chicken dance but Mike has the patent out for the birdman dance which is very similar to the funky chicken I hear, so hopefully my dance will be legal subject to permission

I'm pretty sure that's not going to do anything unless they have separate internet connections. One trick that works sometimes is rebooting your router and hoping that it gets assigned a new IP address.

I think there's something fishy with FloodSim getting so many votes so suddenly.
Lee, you need to do some real pushy marketing. Make this thread red and flashing with fireworks or something so it gets more attention.
