I bought fpsc under fals advertising. when i purchased this app i was told you could make an fps without any coding knowlage,

The first 4 state=0 change the 0 to 1 and the state=0:state=1 change to state=1:state=2 so now you should have something like this. ; Setup Level Stats :state=1:sky=skybankNaturalNgt :state=1:music=audiobank/music/generic/main.wav,musicvolume=50,soundscale=25
SO WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!
i dont't understand any of this, and i will be advising all of my friends NOT to purchase this unless one of you tell me an easy way to change myskybox, hud, and tell me houw to play a sound when a player walks into a zone. i am fed up with posting polite explanations of my problem and recieving no help.
all i wanted to do was switch to an alternative skybox(that is preloaded wit fpsc i might add.) PLEAS FOR GOD SAKE SOMEONE FIX IT!

i understand your pain of nobody helping either but you need to at minimum search the problem, put skybox and hit enter or sonthing. ANYWAY
go to file/ build game
ALL the options are in there,
i suggest going to help/ manual because it tells you what things do.

You can make an fps without any coding knowledge.

Go to prefabs and click on one of the choices.

Now click somewhere on the grid. Still with me?

Now go to the markers tab and find player start, an put it inside of the room you made.

Now here's the tricky part, find the "test game" button and click on it! Now wait, and press ok.

Its like magic.

But how can you expect a serious response from an immature post like that.

Look man, game design was never susposed to be easy, I suggest you calm down, and look for help in the guides people have made for YOU and the rest of the community...

Why don't you do something for yourself, say.... read the FPSC manual? That tells you just about everything.

and btw i don't have the flippin manual anymore along with the box and serial code! when we moved house i lost a hell of alot of p.c games and apps.

You've lost the manual yet I'm looking at a sticky and it reads "The OFFICIAL Community Guide to FPSC!" Hmmmm, what on Earth could that be?! Oh darnit, I give up. It clearly can't be something much like the FPSC Manual. Oh wait, IT IS much like the manual, in fact, it is a manual.

I have learning difficulties so happy day you. and i did read your bloody post but unlike you i don't limit myself,and if you only use the publishers content, then that is how i know that when i get the hang of this MY game will be better than yours (especially when I break out teh colerful spheres and squares....then you'll pay!).

Now, what you are asking about is not code, but if you want options like that go to build game, global settings.

no kosh its fine dude thanks. just to tell frankie that i have got difficulties and its realy none of his buissness why i am making a game (but if he realy must know, i have been in bording school since the age of 8 and for 2 years i have been rejected from job interviews for my violent tendancies, its called trying to prove yourself.)
