This is the 2nd project from the DarkNOOBs Team. It is a Tower Defense type game modeled mostly after Balloon Defense.

If anyone doesn't know what Tower Defense is, it's a game where the enemies will travel from the start of the road to the end and you're not to let them through. You are to simply set up towers along the way that will stop them.

This team was created by Obese with Learning as our goal, anyone willing to take part is welcome. If you're intrested visit this thread:
http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=131352&b=10

Although this was originaly a DBC only team thus being created in the DBC thread, a few of our new members only has DBP so our future projects will most likely be written into two versions.

The zip contains everything, this is open source.

Just played it, nice work!

What exactly do you have to do to become part of the DarkNOOBs team (I'm using DBP if it matters)? It sounds really cool and I might be interested in 'applying' so to speak.

All you have to do is participate really. Visit our thread for more info link is above. Our next project will be written in both versions of DB. You may choose to work on one or the other or both.

This development team was made to help noobs get together and learn from doing projects and working with others. If you're more experienced and would like to help out that's fine too.

Ok so I keep dying at 21... luckily there is no error checker so it thinks I'm at level 22 after I die (when the faces all go through the level changes). It's pretty addictive... have you guys actually beaten all 50 levels?

Also, great job! It's simple yet... somewhat elegant (close to word I'm after) for a DBC program! Gonna go experiment more with the unused catapult...

Sweet! Ya, I'm pretty experienced with DBP, but I don't really ever get the chance to work with teams so this could still be a good learning experience.
