Hey Guys!

This pack contains some grunge Segments. I had loads of requests for these, and a kinda large pack came out.

This pack also includes many additional versions with graffitys on it.

Attention

Some of the Segments are Bidirectional, I forgot to write it down in the description so try for yourself.

I did not use any Filterforge Material in this pack. I forgot to delete it from the readme.

Have fun and please give Feedback

A very tasty donation. Could I use a few of these textures in my Source mod?

Are we allowed to use these commercially?

And many thanks for these, they're amazing. Just what I was looking for.

The ReadMe says no, although you can ask him for permission.

Bravo! Brilliant pack my friend!
I'll be testing these out in X10 for compatibility issues!

You my friend have done a really great job on the pack! Brilliant work, truly is...

EDIT:
Tried a floor in X10, crashed, it's that dumb annoying Illegal Mesh At Line "x"... -.-

Only problem I encountered was, when I tried to extract (With 7Zip) straight from the download to FPS, it won't appear in the editor. I then extracted to a folder I created, and copied the files over into Fps. Got them in, but they are white in both the editor and in testing.

And I just read the ReadMe, but thanks Braden.

@braden, I get the same problem too!
I'm checking the *.Fps files to see if the problem lies in them...

And I think it is...
segmentsWolfGrungePackBurnedout1Int.tga

You see, that line has no spaces in the name, therefore you have to remove the spaces in the folders name! Aswell as the S that is there...

AFTER THAT THEY WOOOORRRKKKKK!!!!!

Spam mood activated...

Edit:
Atleast they work in the editor... -.-

@Wolf,

I recommend that you edit the Description & files, then re-upload...(Not sure what to fix? Remove the S and spaces in the Wolf grunge pack folder name)...

Deutsch:

Edited the file name like Matuka suggested, and will be sure to update if it worked or not...

EDIT: After renaming the folder to WOLFGRUNGEPACK (No spaces or "S"), and then copying the files into my segment bank, they still appear white in the editor.

segments\WolfGrungePack\

That should be your path. It works all fine for me, I wonder whats the error.

Please make sure that you do not copy the files in any other folder structure.

The problems that Bendak and Matuka are having, well I didn't run into anything like that at all. Definitely seems to have something to do with the way you two are extracting everything - follow the ReadMe, it explains in simplicity what to do.

For me the segments work in the editor however not in-game, And later on today I tried getting a Signs III segment into the game, the same problem...

I think the problems lays down with Signs, unless you used a different segment maker(The one TGC released long ago perhaps?)...

Or it may be FPSCreator X10's fault(Can't run X9 in Windows 7, damn).

However, long ago I can remember a problem with X10 that lies in the Naming of each texture file, I think it was to do with Prefixes... I'll see what I can dig up...

I'm not a idiot(Yes I am being sorta harsh there), and I do know how to read a *.Txt file aswell as follow instructions and my problems are resolved, except one that is due to X10's fault. That being a error that does not display the textures in-game(Displays them in the editor quite fine).

@Dr.Parsnips: Great to hear

@Matuka: I added a note that X10 users might have problems using these. I will make my segments ready with an other tool or manually for future packs.

I took a look. Great job on the textures / pack. Thank you

Remember, DirectX 10 does not support targa (tga) so to get them to work in FPSCX10 either save out in a different format than tga or just convert the textures to DDS and change the fps files manually in notepad.

*faint*.

These are freaking epic Wolf, they are just great for horror scenes . Thanks again Wolf! I might come into contact with you on 'Ghosting' just for some clarification on your media.

Well, I've successfully extracted the folders into my segmentbank, but the issue I'm having is the pack won't show up in the editor... Yes I read and followed the ReadMe. Not sure what the issue is.
