~*CoD: Modern Warfare Script Pack*~

----------------------------------
UPDATE

Due to the implementation of AirMod into v1.17, I'm also releasing a simplified version of the script pack which will function with 1.17.

This will include:

-Activated Decals
-Airstrike Simulation
-Objectives Script
-Night Vision

Download is attached to post.
----------------------------------

With the release of Modern Warfare 2, I finally built up enough inspiration to create this gameplay pack. It currently includes:

o Working Health Indicator System
o Endurance System
o Night Vision Goggles
o Thermal Vision Goggles
o Compass
o Door breaching
o Airstrike Simulation
o Player Legs (Created by Plystire)
o Iron-sight Scripts for MP 9+10
o Thermal Scope
o Night Vision Scope
o Flashight
o Maximum of 4 weapons (Primary, Secondary, Knife, Grenades)
o BulletPass through materials
o Breath Holding (Non-functional)
o Objectives using Tabs (From FPSC Guide)

Each script file contains instructions on how to set a feature up. Also included is an indepth ReadMe file which gives detailed instructions on how the script can be changed.

All of these scripts require Project Blue UM to run (not sure about Project Green).

The Gameplay Pack Includes:

-33 scripts
-5 Sound Effects
-8 HUDs

Here is a video showing the Health Indicator System:

Here are some pictures:

Night Vision Goggles

Airstrike Simulation (Doesn't really show in a picture)

License

You can use the scripts, HUDs, and sound effects in commercial and non-commercial projects as long as I am credited somewhere for the feature(s) used.

Very generous! These look great, thanks!
Do you need a certain mod for any of these?

Yes, Project Blue is required for the mod It utilizes the new conditions, actions, and full screen shaders from Project Blue.

The thermal system is my personal favorite, simply because it was possible to do all along with the current actions.

Quote: "The heat thing goggles."

I think he means the infrared goggles where objects show red for heat and blue for cold. I would like to do that, but it's not currently possible without a lot of work Basically, when thermal activates it does the following:

-Black and White shader activates
-Noise HUD and Goggles HUD appears
-Sound plays
-Characters switch to a white alttexture

Another cool thing is that the enemies switch back to their original texture when they die.

Have fun everyone.

Is it possible to modify these huds? I am making a pack myself and rather than re-write the thermal vision i was wondering if i could extract that bit of your code and using in my pack (N.B. The pack may be for sale). Perhaps we could make a full on game enhancement pack together?

I'm not sure the installer did justice because I cannot find the scripts :/ any chance you could just upload a .zip or something of the "Files" folder for FPS Creator with the content?

For the installer to work, make sure it installs into your FPSC directory. A readme file and instructions are included in the .fpi scripts - I tested this myself and there is no reason they shouldn't be working :S

Quote: "How do I setup the Health Hud and Blood Screen scripts? "

Instructions are included in the readme.doc file and the .fpi scripts.

For everyone who is having trouble with the installer, here is a link to the raw files: http://www.mediafire.com/?ntzmz0wzrmm

Thanks BlackFox As for Project Green, some of the scripts will be compatible but the conditions and actions added in the later versions won't be. I think my next script pack will be for Fenix Mod due to it being free and (possibly) more people using it

Quote: "I can not get anything to work in this pack on project blue. I've gone through everything."

Are you sure you followed the instructions? There is no reason for none of them to be working - simply put the scripts into trigger zones.

I'm not sure which conditions and actions Project Green doesn't support (which are supported in Project Blue). If you have Project Blue, they are all guaranteed to work. If you have Project Green, some will work. If you have a mod which utilizes AirMod, again, some will work. Thanks for all the nice comments everyone

Marc,

I think this is a great idea you have developed. Making a Script pack that are suited for the Mods will definately be a great idea. We would like to ask if we could post the current pack and any others you develope on FPS-Media.

Cheers

Looks great and is exactly what I need for Primordial, but I don't like to use installers. Especially when in the middle of backing up my computer.

Could you post them in a .RAR, .ZIP, or .7z? I'd really appreciate it

PW Productions, there is a link to a zip file on one of my posts in this thread I like installers because they reduce file sizes to around 25%, and once zipped up they get even smaller.

Hey, I have an idea if you are making any more CoD gameplay packs: Like a script where you can ride in a helicopter of the back of a humvee, Ply said it could be done via the (?plrassociate?) command. I think it would be cool.

I believe this will work with Green because pretty much,it has almost all the features of Blue up to 1.6
EDIT:Just wanted to point this out,Ironsights and Legs are in Fenix already

I know the player's legs aren't visible, but I felt some people could put it to good use. And sorry, I only have a video of the critical health warning, but you could download it and see the effects for yourself
