The Chronicles of Cirdan ('Kir-dann'),
is a WIP project made with FPS Creator X9, the gameplay is a mix with FPS, adventure and RPG elements.


The story has been written by two french, Me and TheTurok.





The game world is Cirdan, inspirated by the Tolkien's Middle Earth.

You are a ranger, your father was the king of a peaceful kingdom, but one day, after a victory against the Dark Lord, he was been murdered with his soldiers by an orcish group, one year after your birth.

You've been hidden to the Dark Lord and raised by a former elven mercenary called Gaelor, who's a priest today, he learns to you how to protect yourself and fight.

At your 26 years old, Gaelor tells your 'royal' nature and all the evenements related to it, off course, you known the West Kingdom has been captured by the legions of the Black Lord, but you never known you are the son of a king.

The Black Lord have discovered your existence, he's looking for you, he wants to kill you.

I like that you are inspired by Tolkien`s middle earth. Right now i am dying to see some outside screenshots, cant really tell to much without landscapes you know? I would like to see a little darker atmosphere but right now it looks great. You might want consider the ambiance of the level but definitely a good W.I.P. Demo or beta soon?

The game looks really nice, the textures are nice albeit a bit repetitive, good lighting and entity placement though I look forward to this one.

This is an awesome start man, the storyline is simple yet creative, and I love the screenshots. You're portraying a great fantasy environment and I'm aching to see some exterior shots as well. Keep it up

Looking nice, but have to agree with Cherd.
The textures in the screens are nice but a bit overdone.
Maybe add some different textures for some rooms.

I need training in outdoor scenes, my level in outdoor mapping (especially with FPS) SUCKS.
You right, the level needs to be more dark.
I don't know when i'll release a demo, but i'll post some videos on my YouTube account soon !

For the textures, I had no other choice, I'm using the Wolf's Medieval Pack for my Elven City and the textures of the pack are too 'grungy' for me (too dark).

I want to call it 'The Prancing Pony', it's a Middle Earth inn, there are some copyright issues ?

The last screen is nice, are you guys using a mod? if not i suggest you use the Fenix (its free) and has 3D particles, which would really improve the fire on the fireplace. Again you`re screens are good id just imagine a little darker setting.

Yeah, I'm using a 'Fenix-ed' 1.16 FPSC.

I creating the game alone, my friend only helps me for the game scenario.



I did't know Fenix can use particles, thanks for the tip !
How to create particules ?

Almost Forgot:
What's that yellow '0' at the top right (sorry if i'm confusing RIGHT, and LEFT, my english is not very good) corner of my screen ?
