@Blackfox,
Thanks for the kind words, Blackfox. Hope you're doing well!

@Shakleford,
Thanks I wanted to offer something affordable to the comunity. Most mods are overpriced in my oppinion. It's mainly to help pay for coffee and coding munchables!

@defiler,
To be honest, it was a nightmare! I learnt through trial and error, along with asking advice from other modders. Once you get used to it, it's easy(ish) to get used to.

Hmmm good to some some competition for the other mods around here Lewis, especially by a newer modder.

I would like to see some menu screen modification like you had in your Project Alpha thing. The menu screens are amazing and I can never get them to look like the quality you do, no matter the resolution.

@Soviet176,

I'll see what I can do about adding this for a future update with some options from LewMod added in.

Nice job, man. What version is this compatible with. I want some of these features, but what I am working on also uses Bond1's new scriptable shaders.

@raymondlee306,

It's compatible with the latest version. You can use scriptable shaders to your hearts desire. I'll be emailing regular updates to all customers so they will have the latest code.

Great about the shaders. One more question, please. How does the fly cam work? Way points or do we set the scene and use something like fraps to record while running? Also what screen capture software did you use to make the videos in the post, they came out pretty good.

What is the license for this exactly? If I made a commercial or non-commercial game with LewMod, do I have to owe you anything? Also, is duel-wielding possible with this mod? I just assumed because of the whole left hand usage but found nothing on it in the pdf so...

Cheers.

@3Bit,
I knew it would come in handy for some people

@s4real,
Thanks mate. Hope to see your mod soon too!

@bekli23,

You should be able to pay as a paypal guest. Select the bottom option when you get onto the screen.

@raymondlee306,

Use flycam=1 in any script, or place a trigger zone down and assign any of the flycam scripts that are in the 'LewMod Extras' folder in the scriptbank.

@2Beastmode4u,

You can make commercial/non-commercial games with LewMod. You dont owe me anything, but you must provide your LewMod license with your games. This is done automatically when you build a game so you should be fine. You cannot share LewMod with other users, just yourself.

Dual wielding isnt possible with LewMod. The code to implement it is currently far ahead of my knowledge of FPSC. Once I get better at it, then who knows

@darimc,

I've already done the script for it already. It'd be quite easy to add to your game. All you have to do is assign the script to a door, and everything is done automatically.

If you can do the flycam and all the other features, then you will figure out this aspect. Have faith, young one.

im ordering this mod asap this is beyond awsome!!!could you please make a tutorial on how to install this mod i have never used a mod before and i dont want to mess up my fpsc software trying to install it if i do it wrong because i have an online copy of fpsc that i got threw payloads for completing some surveys a while back so if i screw up i have to go threw a bunch of bs to re install it lol? it would be highly appreciated im shure people are gonna say its simple but if u have never used mods before it could be confusing to to others if u dont have time to make a video its understandable but i have seen a few other people ask the same question before on how to install mods so if u make a short vid maybe it would clear up that question for everyone .. but thanks for making this awsome mod u did a great job i hope i can figure out how to use it!!

@uzi idiot,
Thanks! It's something that's been missing in most FPSC games.

@bekli23,
I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Email me and we'll sort something out.

@sic1ne,
There is a step by step tutorial on how to install the modification in the guide that comes with the mod (as well as attached to the first post). If you need further help I can guide you via msn on how to install it. It's a VERY easy process to do.

@ bekli23 do u have a bank account? i had the same problem if you are not signed up to pay pal with ur paypal connected to your bank account you are normally held to a 200 dollar limit after you spend 200 or 270 depending on were u live pay pal wants you to sign up and link a pay pal to your bank account to spend further money. i guess for certain reasons you can only spend 200 without having a bank account/ hope that helps you out good luck!!!

Ok, the last thing I need to know to ensure my purchase...
The conditions HAVEWEAP=X and PLRHOLDINGWEAP=X what are the differences?

Also, if I set the players weapon to something, will it become their current weapon?

Cheers.
EDIT:
I noticed that plrwobble is in both 1.9 and this mod... will that not cause issues?

God help me, Please.

@2Beastmode4u,

HAVEWEAP=X
If the player is holding a specific weapon named X

If the player is holding a specific weapon.
Example:

PLRHOLDINGWEAP=X
if the player has a weapon held (X=1 for Yes)

I the player is holding any weapon at all. It doesn't matter if its a crowbar, knife, pistol or rocket launcher.
Example:

You cant change weapons with these two commands, however in the next update there will be a 'replaceweapon=x y' command, allowing you to replace weapons.

---

The plrwobble command code is the same for both instances, they don't clash at all.

@2Beastmode4u,

Correct. To check the weapon in the inventory, you use this command:

WEAPININV=X
If a specific weapon is in the players inventory named X

HEELP! I cant seem to get the character body right. I am using FPS Creator X10 Ver. 1.11

Below is what happens

im not sure how to fix it or if im using it wrong but the instructions said:

"Select the appropriate one and place the entity near the player. When in game, the player body will appear at your player position." but as you may see in my case it does not. Thank you for reading this and please if not asking too much, do you mind helping me? TY

(OH WAIT! I believe my version of this is 1.0, im not sure if there has been any updates yet and where to get them.)

Someone tipped me off to this Mod earlier today, but wasn't around to take a peek right away.

Looking good, Lewis! I notice some very original features in here that I'm sure the community will find useful. I looked into your PDF to see what all was offered and I have to ask. Why leave it up to someone to script a GunPeek? Surely that sort of feature would look cleaner and more professional if coded straight into the Mod, then offered as an option?

Anyway, all in all it's starting to look fairly versatile. Something that definitely won't go amiss. Good luck with this project!

@Plystire,

It's mostly to showcase the gun positioning/rotational commands really. You're right about hard coding it and that it's easier to do it that way, but I just wanted to give the users a lot more flexibility with how they use the mod.

I was thinking about adding native movement to the mod however when peeking/strafing etc, so thanks for bringing that up

Certainly not!
I appreciate (and I'm sure I'm not the only one) the motive to give your users more flexability with the mod. It's what I've always stood for when modding FPSC.
While this method does have a larger learning curve for the most part, it will definitely give far more potential to the users!

I mean you're right about it good being hard coded. Must have been a typo, sorry!

I'll add in something for the basic users for sure, however I'm definitely going to keep in advanced options for the script elite, haha!
