Skyscroll: Description

Matching Cloud Textures with scripts for Skyscroll
5 Blue Skies
2 Grey Skies
2 Night Skies
2 Sunset Skies
Each skybox has a matching cloud texture which reduces the effect of apparent grid edges in the sky, seen when using the generic Skyscroll cloud texture which comes with stock FPSC. Skyscroll has long been a feature of FPSC but seldom used due to the fact it was next to useless unless the grid edges were hidden by objects such as buildings, high walls etc.
At first glance it might not seem so significant but in game they add dynamics to the scene which has always been missing in FPSC games. It took me a lot of work to get these to blend properly.
Skyscroll: How to use.
To select a sky for use navigate to:
File\Build Game\Level Settings\Global Script, Edit\Level Setup, Sky
Select a skyscroll sky to use and click 'OK'
Place a trigger zone anywhere in your level and right click it to select properties menu. Select AI scripts/Main and select the matching clouds script.
If for example, you chose skybank\skyscroll\blue_skies\Bl1\Bl1.x You should select:

Skyscroll speed
The Skyscroll feature will work in vanilla FPSC but the speed is way too high and can be distracting. A modded version of FPSC V1'20 is attached to this post.
s4real has added a sky speed feature which you can use to slow down or speed up the animated clouds for the Skyscroll clouds.
Install the latest v.120 beta.
Simply replace FPSC-Game.exe in the FPSC root folder with the one attached (backup original first) and add this action
skyspeed=x to the existing skyscroll scripts.
To go slower or faster change skyspeed=x, make sure to use increments like 1.0 not 1.
skyspeed=2.0 seems a perfect speed to me.
