Hello Everyone,

Now then i know their is alot of you out their that like creating games of coruse like me yet have trouble getting your work recognized.

Now then i am starting up my very own web radio station which i have done in the past.

My station will be called Satic FM and will be open hopefully from tomorow. It will be open to the public 24/7 with online presenters, news bulletins and of course great music.

I was wondered if any of you out their would like me to create short adverts for your games. Say in the area of around 30seconds?

I hope that by offering you this FREE service in return you may tune in and their could be a possible chance that if you like it you may get others to tune in as well.

Hello Again it's me.

Ok the website is up and running and the domain name is up and most importantly... THE RADIO STATION IS UP lol. There is no point in not letting out my emotion because i might just end up blowing up and splattering over everyone’s screens.

Anyway there are more details below about the station. What we at the station aim to do and how we aim to do it and also how we are letting people of "TGC" the chance to advertise for free.

Well static FM is a brand new web based station that is based in the United Kingdom. Its job is to provide music to people all over the world however our main focus is Yorkshire.

We play non stop music along with talk shows, phone ins & competitions. We try to play a huge verity of music however we do main play Pop, Rock & the 80's.

For people making games or are just in the general community of "TGC" then we are letting you advertise your games for free simply contact us via this forum or via the contact page on the website.

My taste in music is rather eclectic, anything from Rat Pack / Big Band to the likes of Groove Armada / Royksopp, I like good music, the genre doesn't matter all that much .

Q: What plans do you have for marketing the site to new listeners? (Outside of TGC forum members) As the main appeal of advertising via Static would be to reach an alternate audience to the one we can all reach here.

Thanks for the shout out on the webcast, it's pronounced 'oh-puss' and I think the proper phonetic is 'eu.pes'. It's Latin and its literal translation is 'Work'.

Edit1: Was listening to the site for about an hour and at around 7.45pm (UK) it all went quiet. Will let you know if I find out the problem.
Edit2: Ok, right clicked on the embedded media player and it showed under error details - "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. One or more codecs required to play the file could not be found". I'm using Media Player 10 & IE v6.

ok thanks, i belive at around that time the server did go off for a while, we are still testing at the moment and it could be a few more hours before we have fully finished it.

You need to go to StaticFM as mentioned in the second post. Although currently the Radio part seems to be offline (still having errors trying to play as previously posted).

I have a site with only one quick game that I made with ver 1. One level game plays well. Also will be adding a bunch of backround music-sounds-voices etc. to have it free for the forum when I have more time.You will find it on my links page on my main music site. You could play my new song " I Know Everything " on your station if ya want ! . World famous drummer dude recording with me on that one ! Starts slow then go's ya know. Later, whyrag (b)

Hello everyone my station is now open and ready to listen to thank you so much to opus games who has helped test it and inform people in this thread what has been going on whilst i have been busy sorting the porblems

The weekend hour is a 1 hour show on Saturdays and Sundays presented by me. The weekend hour covers all sorts from phone ins with the public, to disscussions on you're very own games

3pm UK Time
4pm Europe Time
10am New York Time
