Unfortunately, a "picture" tutorial will not due you justice. Although I can speak your language due to my background, you would still not understand the pictures. If you are frequenting this forum, I will tell you there are very few that speak many languages, let alone have time to make multilingual pictures. You're best to use/find a translator.
In case you either use a translator or whatever, here are the steps.
1. Ensure your FPS Creator is not open.
2. Navigate to where your FPS Creator is installed. In the folder with your FPSC-Game.exe you should have a file called "setupdescription.txt". This is a file that explains some settings for FPSC.
3. Open the TXT file and look for the line...
systemmemorycapoff=x set to 1 to disable the forced memory cap, increasing the chances your build may crash. In other words, the system memory cap is coded into the source code. If you set to "1", then it will ignore the coded limit.
4. Next, open your setup.ini file and look for the line
systemmemorycapoff=. By default it may have a value of "0". If you want to disable, change to value of "1". Save file and start FPSC.
There's no problem that can't be solved without applying a little scripting.
