an easy one is milkshape, it has a terain builder, but sometimes it does stupid things, so I, myself, just take any modeling program, draw a plane, and build from there! =D

How did this not get locked?


Video Gamer- I would like to point out the "search box" Scroll to the bottom of the page and type an anything you want. Terrain is covered an extensive amount. KeithC also has a sticky (I think, just look around you'll find it) that gives you a link to a ton of 3d modeling programs.

Rolfy just released a terrain pack somewhere on either the first or second page of Models and Media. Or maybe it was SHOWCASE.
