If you want to sell this game (for any amount of money), then you've got a long way to go. You've got to pay attention to detail.
First, you're areas are WAY too large; they contain very little entities for all the space you are using. Your rooms appear to be one big square/rectangle, with a single level.
Next, the roof doesn't look like a roof...due to the segments you are using. If the player goes to the edge of the roof, do they see the ground or just the bottom of the skybox?
Why would there be pay phones in an office?
Why is the pizza box propped up like an open book?
You need to utilize the lights better, not light the entire room with one light. Make use of the new Dark Lights.
The hands look different in two screenshots, due to using both weapon Model Packs. That is inconsistent.
Your use of the fire decal is excessive, and looks a bit sloppy. Try using that decal in strategic locations instead; perhaps along with a steam decal.
$10 is the going rate for the best FPSC games you see in the forums; such as Dark Faction 2, Pointless Assault, etc. Even those games may fetch a bit more. Benjamin A's game is making sales right now, have a look at his game (Commander Josh) to see what you need to work on.
Keep at it, and you'll improve. But this game, as it stands right now, wouldn't even place well in the Level Design Competition.....come to think of it, check out those levels for some inspiration.
