Because I have done NOTHING useful for the community, I am thinking of making a segment pack, but need to know what people want.

Alright, I have already started on gravel and leaves. The gravel looks alright but I need to find a new texture for the leaves

Here's a screeny for some bad water...

Screenshots need to be in .jpg

BTW,i'd take photo's yourself instead of looking for textures over the web.most of them are already used or copyrighted.

Make sure you make them Seemless though, there are different applications for that.

The sand actualy looks good, but a little to far zoomed in.

The wall's are pixelized and that water, well.there are free decals for water around here.

Here's a look at each of the grounds I have. Which ones should I weed out?

I think the rock path and the leaf path suck...

Hmm.. Yeah that's why I think it sucks, it's mostly because before I have to go take pictures MYSELF with a good camera I want to try to get the most off the internet in the least time possible. So far it's taken me about 1 hr to make everything I've made so far and post AND get screenshots so I'm not expecting much of this to make it through to final draft...

Also, heres a zoom in on another one I think sucks...

Yeah, its also pixelized...Your best bet is to make pictures yourself i guess.

(http://mayang.com/textures/)<<<Use it sometimes.they have copyright in the images,i just rip that out and make the text 512*512.(I still credit them if i ever finish a game though)

A realistic sewer segment would be great.
Office building, and home segments as well.
Also, we could use a ton of carpet floor segments.

It seems like everyone goes for basement/garage/warehouse.
I want to take my games above ground!

I think some people would like bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, tv-room, carport and some warehouse segments. I myself would like some abandond underground walkway with matching stairs...

I like those textures but the mesh is too flat
I dont know if you have any modeling program if so
than you could make your own meshes that will fit with those textures.

But still you are doing a good job!

Sewer segments would be awesome.
And of course tomb like rooms.
What would be great is a gore type of wall that it looks like
that you are inside a huge body of a monster or such that would be great!

Therapy has taught me that nothing is my fault.
