I dont wanna poop on your wedding cake... but:
http://www.a2b2.com/Shared-1Gb-40Gb-Transfer-and036799-mo-or-450-mo-t310.html

Same price as your "developer" package and 4 times the bandwidth, unlimited domain, email and mysql.

Personally I'm on A2B2's unmanaged VPS and am in awe of their quality of service.

Have to say, $1.99 is pretty cheap. How do you monitor the bandwidth? Apache logs or at the switch level? What happens if someone goes over bandwidth? Where are you hosted?

There is also: http://dreamhost.com/hosting.html
who cost a little more but give so much more for the price...

@Nicholas: He uses Cpanel, which auto monitors the level of bandwidth use.

How though? Apache Logs? Switch Logs? If I were to download a 20Gb file via FTP - would he still notice the bandwidth use? Or is bandwidth monitored for apache only via the logs?

Judging by their web site, not very long at all.

(I just went there to check it out, and there's nothing... just a directory listing with some random folders).

In short.. save your money everyone. If they can't even be bothered to get their own web site sorted, I'd love to see what job they make of hosting yours.

Let me clear a few things up, One yes we are new, However our servers are all hosted at The Planet, Google it if you don't know what it is. Two the site is under construction which is why I my first post I did not list the URL. I am simply trying to give a good deal to indie game developers as I know money is tight. As for that A2a2 hosting site, they are located in the UK, so that is a bad idea for any US based sites and load times would be decreased by at least half.

All our bandwidth is handled by a custom monitoring system, However they can be displayed in CPanel by going to site WEB/FTP Stats. Also Nicholas weather you use FTP, or download directly from your site bandwidth usage would be recorded.

I ask that if you need a website you give us a try. Our website will be up by the end of this week and we do expect a higher volume of orders as soon as it is up. This post us pre-opening offer I thought I would give to TGC.

I have the temp site up now, and it is ready for your orders.

Once our website design is final we will have a great website to go along with our great service.

And to answer the question I missed by Dabip my company H4Games was founded 5 years ago.
