I'd get one mate, but after the 8th which is when I get paid. Since I've just bought a Skyline, and insurance, and a tracker, and several million litres of high octane fuel, and tomorrow a new £250 yokohama tyre (just found a slit in one of them! ), I am more skint than a hobo that has just been mugged by a thoroughly professional and relentless thief. So I can't afford to spend a dime until new month.

I think £7.50 sounds reasonable. I think Paton Break turned out great! I just dont see why people would buy something they can watch online. I have a few suggestions.

1) Put in A LOT of EXTRAS. such as behind the scenes footage of how you made Milk Paton, Maybe some footage of you filming milk paton. You need to come up with something that you can put in there that people can get just from watching online. Maybe a coupon for a free T-Shirt from your site. Stickers are cool to. I hope this helps. I wish this series the best of luck. I hope to see more in the future.

Price = Good (Assuming since that is near 5-10 USD)
Content = I agree with Eureka, why pay for something we can watch for free. Put like 3-5 extra unseen videos, exclusive to DVD owners.

That's my recommendations, good luck.

Oh! I have an idea... assuming D&C sales aren't that good, add it to the dvd, so it can be installed if run on a comp. That or maybe a demo including only the battlefield level, because I guarantee more people will be interested if they play that one first.

The price is good, and I'll definitely buy it, as Milk Paton is great. I'm writing myself a reminder so I don't forget...

As for extras, interviews with the actors, even including Milk Paton, the Geometric story teller, and marks girlfriend as though they were actors. Heck, maybe even include a terrorist arrow and tutankhamun. Include a preview of season two, and maybe even 3 (if possible) though that's a bit much. Have a sound track with all the songs from Milk Paton, definitely with the record executives song (I had that stuck in my head for a week). Have a few fake out takes, or real ones if you have them. Oh! Make a tutorial for talking like Milk Paton. I think that would be more than plenty.

All good ideas. Maybe you should consider selling future episodes, if any? As others have mentioned, why buy something you can see on your site. Unless you want to only put "teaser" clips on or something like that, which I do not recommend doing. If you plan on making more episodes, sell those instead of putting them on the site, or along with trailers. That way, people see or previous work and want more.

I think you should continue to put the episodes on you site(season 3?) Then just jam the DVD FULL of EXTRAS. Interviews would be cool.

Also, I assume that the DVD version of the video's will be MUCH better quality?

Just bought one drew. Can't go wrong for £5.30 with P&P included. That's about half a mile of petrol money though, so if I don't make it home from work one night, I will hunt you down.

No worries

I would recommend anyone else get the DVDs of this, it's quite a quirky show, but it's funny none-the-less!

It might not be the greatest comedy of all time, but the thing about MP is it's totally different. I'm pretty sure with it in my DVD collection, it'll get watched. If you're like me, sometimes you want to just chill out and watch a DVD, but you look through your collection and nothing catches your eye. Either you can't be arsed to sit through a whole film, or you're just not in the mood for what you've got. I'm pretty sure cos each MP episode is quite short and because it's very different, it'll be something I watch when nothing else suits my mood.

Good buy I reckon for the price of a pack of fags (probably worse for your health though). And also, someone in our community has actually created something (for a change). Pulled their finger out and actually seen a project through from start to finish, polished it up, packaged it up nicely and put it on sale for a dirt cheap price. I think if you find it at all interesting, it's worth buying just from a supporting the community perspective.

Edit: I also want to see the break dancing on the desk cameron again. I remember that being funnier than popping a young childs first ever balloon. Priceless.

Got mine today mate. I thought they might've been printed, but no biggie. Will probably kick back and watch some MP after dinner.
