I was wondering if TGC was going to celebrate the 50th issue of the newsletter with something...anything... ?

That would be sweet. But don't get your hopes up. I personally would like to get my hands on Dark AI or DarkShader for cheap *hint hint*

I have no signature...

I don't think Steve has any control over sales and things of that nature. He just wrights the newsletter.

Just as long as they don't call it DB 360. I'm getting sick of every company calling their latest stuff 360, just trying to capitalize on what I think is a dumb name to begin with.

Well, what I was hoping is that TGC would celebrate the 50th issue by passing on a saving to patrons. I don't believe I ever mentioned something as rediculous as the editor of the newsletter throwing a sale up by himself without authorisation.

Maybe be a little later this month, I think maybe the plan is to have the results of the nVidia/TGC compo in the March issue.

They could finally lift the lid on the crossgrade price from DGDK to DGDK.Net (this one's for RickV ).

I have vague plans for World Domination

yeah..
[wishful thinking]
maybe the reason they've been so quiet on the NVIDIA board is because they are so busy judging and will release the results in the newsletter
[/wishful thinking]

i sure hope so, can't say i'm not anxious to know

[edit] though i seem to remember with the FPSC portion they mentioned that it would take a couple weeks for the NVIDIA people to judge them... so it may not even be in TGC's control
