I purchased DarkLights and need to upgrade so it would work, since I was running 6.1. I upgraded to 6.4 and now when I try to compile/run a program, I get:

"Failed to WriteProgramAs EXDEOrDebug"

I don't think I did anything wrong. Is there a problem with the upgrade version?

Please help.

Thanks,

D

fixed it. I guess you can't jump from 6.1 to 6.4. I added the 6.2 update and it corrected whatever was wrong.

For anyone else who gets this error message when they upgrade their version of DBPro, if the above doesn't fix your problem, check your DirectX version is not too old. That's how I fixed my problem.
