This has been up for at least 5 years now, and motorists don't have enough time to digest it while driving by. You can see the Skytrain track right behind it. The funny thing about this sign is it's directly facing Radical, one of EA's main competitors in the Vancouver area. Funny eh? What do you think?? Do you think this would work in enticing software engineers to jump ship?

This might be old, but it was just posted to Kotaku and the ad is still there (in fact I drove by it just last week).

I think that's really clever actually, but I doubt it'd have any effect on already employed engineers at a competitor.

Cool method of confusing non-coders though

For non-C/C++'ers / those who don't know what it says...

Good way to wade through the bad people you don't want to hire.

Ha ha, that's quite cheeky, but I bet many drivers just think "What the [word]" I know I would, you can't expect me to know what number each character means

I've seen one of those in Sydney before.
Was stopped at a light and noticed it. Quickly punched the numbers into my phone and deciphered it when I got home

Yeah, I saw that a while ago but thought it might've been photoshopped. Interesting to know it's actually real.
