hi all,i was goin to start a project but before i begin i want to know this:
for example i am building a fps game,how do i know were i place my objects(enenmy,bullets,etc)were i want.

You could use one of the many world creation programs out there, or you could create your own level editor. So you can easily move your objects around in the editor, then you save the position data of all your objects in a file which can be loaded by your engine. So when your engine loads the file, it will use the saved position data from it and use it to position them again, just in your engine this time.
