Do you have to animate a door to make it fall or can a script just do it? cause i have no clue .

Thanks

What do you mean by "make it fall?" If I understand you correctly, you have to animate it, yes.

Hm, I guess it would be possible to make it do that just by having it affected by the physics if it uses the standard fpi-script. But then you'd have to make the door-frame a bit bigger or else it would probably fark up. You could also animate it, of course. I'm guessing animation is the fastest solution as well.

well, it could be done without animation. im just think out loud, so bear with me.
if you scaled the door it self down a tiny bit and not the door frame, and place a segment door, then told its main fpi script to dissappera, and placed an enity door in the frame, that would work, but you would also be able to run into it and nock it over UNLESS! *gasp*. you took another door, textured it all true black to it appears as though its not there. placed it right infront of the real door and gave it a default, and dissapperascrit and told it it was immobile, set its health to around 25. that would work i think.

All you need to do is go into the properties of the door and give it health.
