I love the oddworld games...

But, thoose oddword games that came after the 2nd one, is just crap!

Anyone that agree with me?

The first two ones is best, the rest is just wannabe... They never should have taken oddworld into 3D...

Peace out!

Munch's was just great on the XBox, played that a lot when it first came out, I'd like to see more games like that. The first 2 games reminded me a lot of Another World and Flashback, which is a good thing, Another World was awesome.

They should really put these games on handheld devices, like the DS and PSP, forget 3D Oddworld looks cool in either dimension. Except that GBA Oddworld game, that's beyond crap.

I love Oddworld!

I was fan of the month at one point on their site; I've got loads of their merchandise and stuff too and I got a Christmas card from them recently too.

That was off topic but it needed to be said.

I played the first one, hated it, and never played another one.

I love Oddworld, shame the Xbox didn't appeal to me more, out of the games that weren't on the PS2 that I wanted to play, Munch's odyssey was the only one I wanted, I was hoping they'd keep their Sony roots so I could play it. Well if I get a 360 and if they're backwards compatible, well then that would be good I suppose.

I hope Munch's odyssey didn't take the turn like other 2D classics turning 3D and loosing all of it's style and brilliance (like Monkey Island and Broken Sword)

But the first two, yes, totally legendary, I still got Abe's Exodus in a box above my computer, sheer excellence, shame they don't make games like that anymore.

the first two were awesome! me and my friend actually have oddworld party's where we have food beer, and oddworld 1/2 and we play them all the way through until we beat them! No stopping...after a while, we had to throw in a couple more games to play cause we were beating them so fast, lol!

Munch's odyssey i thought was a really good game, and the last one they made was even better, the weapon designs were just so cool ! I thought they were all excellent games! I'm pretty sure a 5th ones in the make, because i remember reading that it was a 5 part series based in the oddworld universe.

So am I alone in loving Stranger's Wrath for maintaining that OddWorld art-direction and sense of humor while still going in a new direction?

Are there any flashback fans here?

I think flashback was awesome and the 2d oddworld games were great too, and they were in a similar vein of gameplay and graphics.

Flashback was teh awesome.

Oddworld is awesome. I only kept a few games on the Playstation and Oddworld is one series.

I have Munch's Oddysee on the Xbox except I haven't really played it, nor do I feel compelled to. And I'll probably end up buying Stranger's Wraith if I see it for a decent price for something I probably won't be compelled to play either.

i still have my Flashback cartridge, though my sega took to dust biting, so i downloaded the rom. I still play it every now and then, it was such a fun game.

then there was the original Prince of Persia for the DOS, lol. Another fun adventure game.

I liked playing both of the first Oddworlds. I liked finding the secret areas the most and also the fast passed puzzle's.

Try save all the 199 Oddworld inhabitants in Oddword 2, that's hard...

If you do that, you get an alternative ending!

flashback was an awesome game, the 2d animation of the character was amazing for its day.

the original donkey kong was 20c a game, and at the time it came out it was impressive. Im sure there is a lot of oldbies who lived it like me.

I guess your statement is relative to the times things appeared, DK island is 2 years after flashback.
