Hi,
as some of you know I have been working on a warehouse pack. here is my and Seth Blacks part to this pack If anybody else wants to add something to this pack then I would be most grateful I did everything except for the red pipe, yellow pipe and rusty pack. Looks pretty good so far. But i dont know about the textures other than that iwill use this in my FPS game.

Not bad, aside from the textures and the desk I like em. I don't know why but from that screenie the desk looks a little low to the ground.

Neither do I, What i do is make the model in anim8or then i import it into milkshape then UV map it from there.

That's nothing compared to what I do. I model in Metaseq then save as a caligari object, open in truespace 3.2 save as a .asc, then open in MS3D, export as a .X and .OBJ lol. I should just learn to model in MS3D. Oh and I animate in MS3D.

Hey mastercheif, I thought you've been here since, way before Feb 27th. I could be wrong, but didn't you say something about you leaving and then coming back in like 5 years? I could have the wrong masterchief, I just find it ironic that your name is Masterchief and you have the same avatar he/you did.

Ha thats a long process well I just model it, export it, texture it, and import it to FPSC. anyhow the screeny got a bit screwed up the desk is fine. I'm working on new stuff with better textures. If anyones intrested I'll post the stuff when I'm finished as well as a video of all my stuff I have made.

uv mapping is easy as pie, follow my tut, it works for anything that can export and import obj files. once you do something about the textures i will definatly download, but im a bit skimp on HDD space at the moment.

OK got a link to the tut? I've been trying to UV map in Anim8tor but I can't figure out how to make a textures that fits perfectly how do people do it!? I can never make the textures fit perfectly. If I figure out how to UV map I will give out a free pack with segments and one of them is a box stack you can take acually take cover behind without being seen or shot There will also be some more entities and they will be UV textured. I have Animator, LithUnwrap ACD, paint (it's better than people think) and .3ds to .x convertor. Is this all I need to make UV mapped entities? Of course I won't realese all my media but the there will be trashcans, loose paper decals, garbage bags (I think there just as good withought UV texturing) and other city related stuff.

OK here's a garbage bag I whipped up. Try pressing page down a few times to get it to sink under the floor for a more realistic effect. This isn't the whole pack just a little present enjoy,

OK Slayer, I'm very sorry, but here's my opinion:
I messed around with it, and found only a few objects to look nice: the target, the stair/floor plains, and the boxes. The rest were bleh. Sorry, but it's not that good. The textures look weird!! But, I'll give you a 3.7/10 for an okay try, though. Learn to texture, and get some walking-on-wood sounds (when I walked on a wooden box, a metal sound showed up). That's all I can say. Sorry, man.

Thanks but that was my first entities lol. Did you try the garbage pack yet though? It would probably work well with FtC. I'm very proud of the garbage bag and lined paper decals I made lol Thanks for honest C&C man

I like the trash pack.

And, for your info, I've finally decided to use your warehouse stuff. I think it'll be good for FtC, especially the plains and the targets. I will have to use other textures, though.

By the way, the turret....it looks like the unspeakable.....
