I use search, and I didn't find anything

Here is my question:

- Can I do commands in MP like this: "Move, Move, Move!", "Need Backup!" for example?

and if I host game and someone is stupid in server then I can Kick It Out or Ban?

Riker 9 is nonexistant I think. I don't think it ever came out....

Search for empty's mod. It only works with version 1.00 though.
