Well for my homework assignment in math I have to explain why
(sin X)/(cos X)==(tan x)
This really doesn't make any sense to me...spare an explanation?

Wow, I never even realized that. It's not too hard to explain though. Let's consider the SOHCAHTOA method of remembering Sin, Cos, and Tan for a moment.

We agree that:
Sin = o/h
Cos = a/h
Tan = o/a

Now, suppose we divide o/h by a/h. The two h's will cancel out, and you're left with, o/a, which is also the definition of Tangent. Pretty cool stuff if you ask me.

Good performance is better than a good excuse.

I hate math with a passion. However my friend was trying to think of something really nerdy and we came up with, "I wish I was a derivative so I could Tangent your curves" Ah we laughed really hard, but now that I think about it, it makes me seem really nerdy haha!

I got 75% in C1, 74% in C2 and 85% in M1 - which is a little bit weird when you think about it! I also sat C3 in January and the results came out on Thursday, but I won't be getting them untill Monday!!

I'm not the best at M, I prefer C. We've just started C4, C3 wasn't too bad, just some nasty trig identities...gah.

The differentiation stuff isn't too bad but you have to remember it

Yea, that is slightly weird, actually quite a bit weird but then again momentum and suvat stuff is basically application of GCSE math (with obvious C1/C2 inclusions). Momentum basically being simultaneous equations really..

I have this triangle problem too if anyone would like to help me I think I am right but the person I am helping keeps telling me I am wrong and I have exhausted all formulas that I can remember from high school, and I just need other people to confirm her doubt about my solution. Check the pdf file it has the problem on it. If anything is blurry or unreadable, or if you have a question about the problem feel free to email me about it @ mach01gunner@cox.net and I would be glad to answer your question. It just has been racking my brain all day and I want a friggin answer!

Could someone help me find my internet ready gas-powered blowdryer? I have alot of moistness that I need to dismoisten! Also, I need to do it while webpaging about moistness...
