Hi! I was wondering if you can put the scripts that I find on the forum and elsewhere, into a .txt document would it work?

I tried copying another .fpi script, pasting it and then changing it's name, and then the script in there to the one you found on the internet.

It didn't work for me and FPSC crashed, that was annoying, LOL.

Thanks!

No, it has to be saved as an FPI file.

I can't do that, because I think I need some special software, DBPro or something like that? Could somebody make it into a usable script for me? It's a script by Candles I read about it in Nickydudes 'FPSC Hints 'n' Tips'

Thanks Again!

Thanks, I assigned the enemy the script, but all that happens is the enemy just fades out when you shoot him, it doesn't go to the 'Game Over' screen! He just fades out like any ordinary enemy you killed! Help please!

I feel like such a n00b when it comes to scripting!

To use notepad; just save as type "All Files"; and add .fpi at the filename (e.g. randomsciptA.fpi) It will now be an .fpi script.

Hope that made sense

Thanks for helping! I didn't know it was that easy!

Does anybody else have any good scripts that they've made them self? I always like ones people have made them self than the ones that come with FPSC!

Thanks!
