I'm sorry for another football (soccer) thread, I just thought this was newsworthy and I know quite a few people on TGC love the beautiful game:

Thierry Henry will not play for Arsenal again this season because of his injuries to his stomach and groin during the PSV match, according to Arsene Wenger. But it sounds like he'll be match-ready in time for the 07/ 08 season. To make things worse for Arsenal, Adebayor's suspension has been extended for an additional match. They got so close to stealing third, and now it looks like they'll be struggling for the rest of the season
