no I mean a character just stands there and shoots so say your making a ww2 game you can place an ally like a English Tommy by a window so it looks like his firing at something. No sound know if you want I could post a gun fire looping sound effect

Hey small fish, looks like you just celebrated an anniversary.

I like the simplicity of this. Probably won't need it for the current game but maybe the next. Everybody is always in need of an ally. I'm always looking for good script ideas anyway. The sound could be an added plus.

As opposed to Highlander.

"Sounds" great.

Who knows, I might want a script like this in one of my levels. Heavens, I'm just working -- although almost done -- on just the first level.

ok here the script to play the sound file and the file its self just place the file in audiobank user

desc=fire fight sound

:plrdistwithin=150:loopsound=audiobankuserfire fight2.wav

And here is the sound of a distant fire fight what I do is play this one first then when you get closer to your ally play the fire fight2 sound effect
