I would like to rotate an object towards an point in 3d space.
I know the coordinates for the point.
I've tried the "point object" it did the job but I'd like to make the object turn at a certain speed and not instant as it does.

So then I was going to try the the "rotate object" command.
By adding a small value to the rotate angle each frame.
But I was never able to figure out how to get the angle from my object to the point in space I had.

Any suggestion on how I can solve this?

Store your object's current angles.
Point the object to wherever.
Store your object's new angles.
Re-rotate your object to it's old angles.
Use curveangle to slowly make the object's current angles equal the angles received from point object.
Finito.
