Hi, I was wondering, does it exist some kind of program that checks viruses on a web site? I mean, if a web site got some viruses, and I want to scan the site to destroy them, is there a program that can do that?

If its your own site, you should have a local copy of all the files hosted anyway. Scanning those is easiest.
ClamAV is great (and free) but its not exactly as up to date as a commercial virus scanner.
If you can map an FTP site to a drive letter on your machine (I have used tools to do this in the past) you can scan it directly from your PC! It won't be very quick though, so I still recommend scanning a local copy.
