Here's a free sement you might find useful, it's seamless.

Free to use in your non-commercial and commercial games
Also free to distribute but you may not sell the segment or include it as part of a pack to be sold.

No credit needed/wanted.

Screenshot attached.

P.S. I've not got the hang of lighting yet

Thanks rolfy, I optimized all images before putting them into FPSC, to assist in keeping the fps down.

sweet! really like this one. Really realistic - I love the light stone bits... Possible sandstone?
Was this off a photo?

That make its look real.

Glad you liked the room segmant ya'all

Well, the floor part was just chucked in just to have something there untill you change it with whatever floor/ceiling segment that you prefer. The stoned floor is not part of the segment, it just appeared in the level for the screenshot for contrast.

The reason why I made a full room segment rather than just a wall is because of problems placing doors, with a room segment I've not had such problems.

@ Smitho, I have tons of textures from a CD and have no idea if the image is of sandstone, it was not a photo though and before I manipulated it the size was just 256 wide, I did a bit of messing around with it copying and pasting parts until I got it seamless before working on the actual brickwork and dirtying it up, that was from a different image and was not seamless either.

I'm going to do more of this room segment for making a 4 or 5 storey wharehouse type building or whatever for my game.

Ah cool - This is sandstone

The stone "lining" around the wall just reminded me of that for some reason
Fantastic job again. I look forward to seeing more stuff from you!

Komet,

Very nice indeed. Thanks.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

Hey Smitho I just remembered something, funny you should mention sandstone, hours earlier I was looking up a book on how to make a sandstone oven, spooky eh?

@ xplosys, you're welcome.
