I know it's nearly a month late but...

Nintendo DS:

* Yoshi's Island DS (March 8)
* Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 (April 12)

* Worldwide Club House Games (April 19)
* Panel De Pon DS [Tetris Attack] (April 26)
* Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2 (2007)
* Archaic Sealed Heat (2007)
* More English Training (TBA)
* The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (TBA)
* Chibi Robo! Park Patrol (TBA)
* Wander Donkey DS (TBA)

Wii:

* Fire Emblem: Goddess of Dawn (February 22)
* Eyeshield 21 (March 8)
* Super Paper Mario (April 19)
* Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (2007)
* Super Mario Galaxy (2007)
* Super Smash Bros. Brawl (2007)
* Mario Strikers Charged (2007)
* Totsugeki Famicom Wars W [Battalion Wars 2] (2007)
* Disaster: Day of Crisis (2007)
* Wii Health Pack (2007)
* Donkey Kong Barrel Blast (2007)
* Mario Party 8 (2007)
* Project H.A.M.M.E.R. (2007)
* Wii Music (2007)
* Forever Blue (2007)
* Animal Crossing (TBA)
* Kirby (TBA)

I'm not that impressed to be honest. Wii Music might be cool. Paper and Mario Galaxy I'm totally up for. I'll have to see Metroid before I buy it. The last too games looked good but were dull dull dull to play.

As for the DS, jesus - Phantom Hourglass and Mario vs Donkey 2(great).

Ninty needs to GIVE all their R&D to third parties by the end of the year. So there can be at least one good one..

I'm fine with both lineups. I personally find that I can't really go through a game in less than 3 months these days, so having 3 or 4 awesome titles a year, with a couple good ones for padding in between, suits me fine.

So, really, Super Paper Mario, Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Bros. Brawl are enough to tie me over after I complete Zelda. As for the DS, there's already such a large backlog of good games that I certainly won't be needing any more than those listed. Esp. since I just bought my first Pokemon game (Emerald) and people tell me that's gonna take almost 100 hours to complete...

I have vague plans for World Domination

I really want to see a soccer game done with the wii. If I see a soccer game that uses the wii sticks in the right way (other than a normal controller) I'll buy a Wii and the game. Untill then I'll play on my ps2 and computer.

There's Sim City DS and Themepark DS too, plus Lost in Blue 2 which is a sequel to a very cool little survival game, it's like LOST but for kids.

Sans all that stuff about the 'others' and 'hatches',etc.

And I highly doubt A.S.H will be released this year. Mistwalker still has to finish up Lost Odyssey for the world-wide release this fall/winter. And having played Metroid Prime 3 in its early stages and still loving it I think it will be a must have.

I also wish Eyeshield would make its way over to the U.S - it looks freakin' awesome.

its not the best line up ever, on average completeing a game every week it won't keep hardcore 7 hour straight gamers for very long.

sorry, but i completede blue, red and yellows storyline within 2 weeks without a walkthrough. when they say 100 hours to complete that means unlock everything, full pokedex and all, but some of my friends have completed pokemon games completely in a week so that gameplay time is wrong (like PoP3 was meant to have like 20 hours gameplay time and i completed it entirley within about 7 hours)

I think some kind of star wars game would be good for the wii.
It might make me go out and buy one.
