As i want it is a swimmingpool (i have already one)
But is it possible to set the fog -blue, while im down in the swimmingpool?

You could make some decals that look like blue fog,other then that.Try scripting with trigger zones.

I have put in some decals over the swimming pool, but when im down in the pool, i cant see the decals upp, can i turn the decals uppsidedown??

I believe that empty's mod was implanted into the later versions of FPSC, and that means that if you have blue fog activated, but for a very long range, you could set trigger zones up in the pool which set the fog range(action in empty's mod) so that it is closer and then you will see the blue fog.

Hope that made sense
