i've been writing a batch program utilizing microsoft's built-in command line network messaging service to send messages across the network, with a "special feature" which i, for good reason, decided to call "Blitzekrieg". this "feature" enables the user to send hundreds of messages to a recipient faster than they can click through them. unfortunately, having the feature's whereabouts written in German (which by the way may be really crappy ), the symbol ü comes up as an exponential "n" when the batch program is run in a command prompt.

is there anything i can do to make the symbol i want appear instead of having to use a substitute?

thanks in advance

i wont be releasing it, and only use it for retaliation purposes on the one guys computer in the network who infact has made a worse one, and seems to enjoy using my small net-messenger glitch (i get double messages) to his devious advantage. help me in my attempts to put some sense into this madman, and i will be gone
