Hey im playing oblivion, and i do like to do a bit of theiving. The probelm is that im not sure if items you take from stores (and i dont mean in chests, draws, barrels...) respawn (sucha as a book on a shelf). If they dont and i steal them, then it looks stupid when the shop becomes empty. to experiment i took several books of a shelf and im going to see if it works, but i want someone to varify my answer.
thanx

Well i took all the stuff of Hackdirt inn and when i went back it was still empty but that might be because of it being a unknown inn
Whereas shops in towns maybe different or maybe be close.

The stuff doesn't respawn unless you set it too in TES4CS.

In oblivion do you actually get to meet real people? I mean their characters of course!

I know what a MMORPG is, but not exacly how it works.

Nah, it's a single player RPG, no multiplayer. It's a huge game though, the world takes a good long time to cross from end to end (if you go on foot).

That's not as bad as you think you said.

@Darth Vader: No, it's just single-player, an open ended RPG, not an MMORPG (in those you do meet real people). I actually prefer single-player RPG to multiplayer RPG's for too many reasons to take the time and list here . You really need to play it, it's a must-play game .

I've recently started playing Oblivion and it is really good. Mind you, sometimes some idiot ally gets in the way of your firebolt and then everyone just turns on you and you then you really have to kill everyone and get a huge Bounty on your head!

I wish people would just chill out and talk this through when that happens.

I have vague plans for World Domination
