Ok I searched everywhere for this and couldn't find an answer so sorry if it has been asked already. But I am trying to attach a hanging light to the ceiling and i cannot figure out how to bind it to the ceiling. it looks fine until i test the level and then it just falls to the ground.
Sorry, I know i'm a newbie.
Help please!

Look in the entities library, I think it's under general, and you will see the little nuts and bolts you need to attach it to the ceiling.

Just kidding. If the light is falling, you have it's properties set to dynamic. Change it to static and it should not fall again.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

Your best bet is to set it to static.
The simple reason is (and this goes for any game engine...not just FPSC) that you don't want an entity to be dynamic unless it has to be.
It would make no sense to me to make a ceiling light dynamic since it doesn't move.
