hi im new to fpsc and i wanted to know how to learn the scripting language... can anyone help with this i looke din the manual and i didnt find anything on it.

There's a whole section devoted to scripting in the manual, look harder. Also, stickied at the top of this board, is "Everything you ever wanted to know about scripting" Check them both out, and good luck.
