what code do i need to use to send variables from one's computer remote and local ip to another remote and local ip address

read the multiplayer section of the help page to establish a TCP connection... unless you are using the non-enhanced version of DB Classic, in which case, you can't...

...Knowing what version you use really is helpful.

then in that case it's in the help pages, native multiplayer commands are only unavailable in DBC before version 1.08
